Description
Created by Jean-Claude Astier and launched in 2005, Gaiac by M. Micallef, is a woody fragrance for men, though it does have gender neutral appeal, is built around the unique scent of Guaiac wood. The fragrance opens with a note of Bergamot, before Cloves and Jasmine come through from the heart of the fragrance, with the Cloves being a major player in the fragrance. In the base notes we get the spicy and gorgeous Guaic Wood note, which brings this fragrance into a world of it's own, alongside Amber, Vanilla and Vetiver. The scent is relatively unique, though does have a touch Christmas about it, with the Cloves, Vanilla and the smokey sweetness of the Guaiac wood being responsible, however it's a very classy scent, and one that gives off a sense of luxury.
