Description
In 2003 the legendary Guerlain attempted something new with their perfumes, as they included Magnolia in their perfurme's for the first time with the release of L'Instant de Guerlain, created by Maurice Roucel. L'Instant de Guerlain has top notes of Mandarin Orange, Red Apple and Bergamot, giving a fruity, citrussy opening to the fragrance. In the heart is a lovely Floral bouquet, with the aforementioned Magnolia being joined by Iris, Jasmine and Ylang Ylang. As the base of the fragrance are notes of Amber, Benzoin, Musk, Vanille and White Honey. The Magnolia is the star of the show here, and was clearly the focus of the fragrance, though it's not going solo and is complemented by the Iris, Ylang Ylang and Honey to leave a creamy, sweet scent that's incredibly comforting, and makes it ideal for Autumn and Winter months.
