The Bare Minerals Maximist Maximum Black Liquid Eyeline has been created to be a flexible, easy to use eyeliner and brush. The eyeliner contains mineral pigments, which provide a deep black colour, and is infused with Microalgae Complex to nourish the lashes. The brush is flexible, easy to use and has been designed to collect the perfect amount of liner. The liner, and brush, are Paraben Free, Gluten Free, Talc Free, Synthetic Fragrance Free, PEG Free, Tree Nut Free, SLS Free and suitable for vegans.
