Our standard delivery service operates between 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified of your order being despatched via email/Text.
We aim to deliver most items within 7 working days of an order being placed. Please allow extra time over bank holidays and for large order items. Over busy periods delivery may take up to 14 days for delivery. Some products have an extended delivery time as they are delivered direct from the manufacturer and the estimated delivery time for these items will be indicated on the product description.
Every possible effort will be made to deliver your order within the delivery lead times advised, however in the rare event that we are unable to do so, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
Please be advised that due to adverse weather conditions, delivery/collection times may be affected.

Furniture & Large items
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. We are not able to deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern or Republic of Ireland or overseas.
We also reserve the right to refuse to deliver to addresses that we believe are not secure such as communal or PO Box addresses.
Extra delivery information
Regular Delivery Items: Regular items are items which fall below 20kg and within the following size ratios. Length: 610mm Width: 460mm Height: 460mm
Public and bank holidays: Please note that we are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays.
Deliveries requiring a signature: For deliveries that require a signature, our courier will post a card after the first unsuccessful attempt so you can call the courier to re-arrange a suitable delivery time. If after 3 days they haven't heard from you, they will try to deliver. If you haven't made contact with them within 5 days the order will be returned to TJ Hughes.
International delivery: We do not currently provide an international delivery service.
