Clarins Toning Lotion for Combination/Oily Skin has been designed to be gentle to skin, and help balance the skin's microbiota. The lotion helps to tone, hydrate and purify skin, whilst removing cleanser and leaving skin feeling soft, refined and shine-free. The lotion is alcohol free and contains Kelp and Saffron Flower, which work together to balance the microbiota, and Meadowsweet, which purifies the skin and reduces shin.
