The Bare Minerals Prime Time Original Foundation Primer is a mineral infused foundation primer, that's been designed not just to prepare the skin for foundation but also address a number of issues with skin. The formula has been designed to address flaky dryness, fine lines, excess oil and enlarged pores, evening texture and helping deal with complexion problem. Containing Vitamin E, Aloe and Chamomile, the primer acts as an anti-oxidant, whilst also soothing and hydrating the skin.
