If your confirmation e-mail states that delivery will be by courier, your parcel can be tracked once it has left our distribution centre.
Your order will usually be dispatched from our distribution centre within 3 working days of placing your order. (Some orders may take longer and this will be indicated on the product description).
You will receive an email on the day of dispatch with instructions on how to track your delivery. You can then track the progress of your delivery on the couriers website.
If you are unable to track your order after 4 working days please check the following;
* Your order is being dispatched By courier (This will be confirmed on your order confirmation).
* You have not received an e-mail advising your order has not been accepted or there is a problem with your order. (Please also check your spam and junk folders as security settings can effect the delivery of emails)
* The item you have ordered is not a "pre order" or has a non standard delivery time (Both of these will be advised on the product page)
