Delivery

Delivery is between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday only and must be to the card holders address and signed for upon delivery. You will be notified of your order being dispatched by E-mail at which point you will be able to track your delivery. Unfortunately, for your on-line security, we cannot change your delivery address once your order is placed.

Delivery prices vary according to the size and weight of your order however, a full order delivery price can be obtained by adding items to your basket where the mini basket to the top right will update. (mainland UK price shown).

In some Highland areas or islands throughout the UK we have to increase our delivery price to that required by our delivery courier and again this price will be kept to the minimum possible and is calculated at checkout by selecting the appropriate destination. 

Our standard delivery time is 5 working days but we do try to have most orders with you in 3 working days. Some products have an extended delivery time as they are delivered direct from the manufacturer and the estimated delivery time for these items will be indicated on the product description.

Please note that all orders can only be sent to the billing address of the card used and must be signed for. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer delivery time slots therefore delivery can take place anytime between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday only. A more acurate time can be obtained by calling the courier on the day of delivery. If you are not available to receive your delivery a card will be left with the couriers contact details for you to arrange a more convenient day.

We cannot, under any circumstances, change delivery address once an order is placed.

Courier tracking information is usually available after 2 working days of placing your order however you will be emailed with your consignment details once your order is dispatched.

Returns Policy.

You have 7 days from the delivery of your item in which to change your mind and return the goods for a full refund of your purchase price.

Goods must be in perfect condition and unused. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer however if you would like us to arrange a collection, we can do so and deduct the cost from your refund.
